Marek Bochnia
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Marek Bochnia – graduated from The Faculty of Medicine of the Wrocław Medical University in 1975 r. In years 1978-1981 he obtained I and II degree of specialization in Clinic of Otolaryngology.
He took a doctor's degree in 1980  and in 2002 he acquired the academic degree of habilitated doctor. Since 2007 he has been the associate professor.
He connected his professional career to the  medicine and scientific research.
Since 1976 he has been employed in the Wrocław Medical University, in  Clinic of Otolaryngology. Since 2008 he has been the head of Department of Otolaryngology in the Wrocław Medical University.
In the years 1988 – 1990 he worked as as specialist otolaryngologist in the Polish Medical Team in Libya, in Ibn   Senna Hospital.
In the years 2002-2004 he was a press spokesman of the Wrocław Medical University.

Ireneusz Całkosiński
Member of the Supervisory Board
Ireneusz Całkosiński – graduated from The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences in 1976. He acquired the doctor title in 1982; he habilitated in 2008 r.
Professionally connected to the Department of Medical Biochemistry of the Wrocław Medical University, where he was the head of experimental laboratory for many years. He cooperates with the Department of Laboratory Diagnostics of IV Military Research and Teaching Hospital in Wrocław. He undertook numerous  apprenticeships and trainings, among others in the Institute of Marine and Tropical Medicine in Gdynia, Department of Pharmacology of Kraków Medical University, Institute of Biogenic Amines in Łódź.
He conducted and participated in many research projects at the Wrocław Medical University. He is a co-author of 3 patent applications (including 1 international) related to the application of inhibitors of cysteine peptidases to eliminate those enzymes from the circulation during neoplastic and  inflammatory diseases. The other 3 patent applications (including 1 international) are related to the isolation, culture and application of MIC-1 cell lines.

Zofia Cegielska
Member of the Supervisory Board
Zofia Cegielska – graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry of the Wrocław University. She took her first professional steps working as a scientific worker for the Agricultural University of Wrocław – Faculty of Geodesy, then she was a lecturer in the Wrocław Medical University. After retraining she managed the Personnel Department in Pamos company, in the years 1997 – 2000. From 2001 to 2010 she was a President of the Board of INFRAKOM Sp. z o.o. Since January 2011 she has been the company’s book keeper. She is the President of the Dr Marek Cegelski Sp. z o.o., which is the shareholder of Stem Cells Spin S.A.

Patrycja Grosman - Dziewiszek
Member of the Supervisory Board
Patrycja Dziewiszek – graduated from Faculty of Natural Sciences of Wrocław University in 2007 and Faculty of Pharmacy of Wrocław Medical University in 2009. Currently, she is a candidate for doctor's degree, in Department of Histology and Embryology of Wrocław Medical University.
In the years 2004 -2007 she took active part in actions organized by section of PtFarm, as a member of Students; Section of Polish Pharmaceutical Association: „Young Pharmacy”. In 2005 she took part in a research project by way of a program of the Socrates-Erasmus Max Planck Institute for Molecular Plant Physiology, Golm, Germany. In 2007-2008 she worked for P.P.F. HASCO-LEK S.A., in the Department of Registration and Clinical Tests of Medicines, by way of the STAMED project – coordination of clinical studies.

Adam Karolak
Member of the Supervisory Board

Adam Karolak received his M.A. in Theory of Economics, Katowice Social Sciences Academy  in 1989. From 1990-1991 he completed postgraduate studies in Trade Law, Wrocław University, in the period of 1991-1992 postgraduate studies in Organization and Management in Market Economy Conditions, Wrocław University of Economics, and then in the period of 1999-2000 postgraduate studies in Computer Application, Wrocław University of Technology. 
From 1965-1990 he had held management positions for government-owned corporations.  From 1991-1995 he had held the position of the President of the Board of Directors of Prochowickie  Leather Goods Corporation PROSKÓR (JSC). From 1995-1996 he had been the Director of Lower Silesia School of Banking. From 1996-1999 he had been the Director of the Economics and Finance Division for Cuprum Bank (JSC). From 1999-2002 he had held the position of the Executive Director of the Information Technology and Telecommunication Division. From 2002-2009 he had held the position of the Vice-President of the Board followed by  the IT Adviser of the Board position for Dominet Bank (JSC). From 2009-2010 he had been the IT Adviser of the Board for FBP (JSC), the CIO Office, and in 2011 he had been the Crisis Management Coordinator for the BNP Paribas Bank Poland (JSC). 
Since December 2011 he has been retired.

Paweł Kornafel
Member of the Supervisory Board

Paweł Kornafel is a 1995 graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, Wrocław Medical University. In 1998 he earned his first degree of specialization in General Surgery. 
In 2001 he received his PhD in Medical Science and in 2006 he earned a title of the specialist in Rehabilitation Medicine. From 1996-2000 he had worked for the Clinic of General and Endocrine Surgery, Wrocław Medical University. From 2000-2001 he had been a medical representative of Roche pharmaceutical firm in Poland. From 2001 until 2002 , on behalf of the Department of Medical Epidemiology, Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, he had been a coordinator of the Polish team of the international research project. 
Since 2002 until present, he has worked for the Prevention and Rehabilitation Hospital in Janowice Wielkie, where he is currently the Deputy Medical Director and the head of the Department of Systemic Therapy.
